Description:  Forty-seven story post-tensioned structure with a maximum of 10 units per floor (346 total units). The condominium units are flow through floor plans with ten-foot high ceilings and spectacular views of Biscayne Bay, South Beach, and downtown Miami. The GTI Zero Void Encapsulated System® and GTI Composite Bar Supports® were utilized for this project providing an optimum solution for corrosion protection. Post-tensioning allowed the contractor to construct one floor each week.
