Description:  This 17-story, cast-in-place, office building was originally scheduled to use plastic-tipped metal chairs. Ambassador Steel's request to substitute GTI Composite Bar Supports® on the project was accepted. The owner is interested in maintaining their LEEDS rating and GTI Composite Bar Supports® are manufactured with recycled materials. For the contractor GTI Composite Bar Supports® are lighter and easier to place. The owner has no worries about tips falling off and creating rust stains on the concrete surfaces.

Over 200,000 lf of GTI Slab Bolster was used and over 38,000 individual GTI PC Chairs of various sizes were utilized.
