| Description: This 17-story, cast-in-place, office building was originally scheduled to use plastic-tipped metal chairs. Ambassador Steel's request to substitute GTI Composite Bar Supports® on the project was accepted. The owner is interested in maintaining their LEEDS rating and GTI Composite Bar Supports® are manufactured with recycled materials. For the contractor GTI Composite Bar Supports® are lighter and easier to place. The owner has no worries about tips falling off and creating rust stains on the concrete surfaces. |
